Lawyer, Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Chile and candidate for a Master’s Degree in Construction Administration from the School of Engineering of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
He has specialized his career in Construction Law, in advising for the awarding and preparation of contracts for engineering and construction projects, monitoring and control of the management of each contract, analysis and presentation of change orders and extraordinary works, preparation and defense of claims, management and / or advice in negotiations, mediation and intervention in disputes at all stages. He is a litigation lawyer specializing in Construction.
He has a diploma in matters related to infrastructure projects such as Construction Law, Contract Administration, Environmental Law, Environmental Management, among others.
He is a member of the Chilean Society of Construction Law, the Latin American Association of Construction Law (ALDEC) and the AG Bar Association.
He was elected and is currently a member of the Ethics Commission of the Chilean Society of Construction Law.
